Barwon South West Homelessness Networker Coordinator
Part Time (temporary) 24 hours per week until 17 December 2021

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Homelessness Networker to join our busy Family and Community Programs team.

The successful applicant will have;

Tertiary qualification relevant to community services

Strong understanding of issues relating to homelessness

Experience in liaison and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders, including government and community organisations

Demonstrable experience in community services sector development and delivery

Demonstrable high level of skill in written and verbal communication

Demonstrable high level leadership and change management skills

Ability to produce clear and concise documents and reports

Administrative and well developed computer skills

Highly developed ability to consult and negotiate effectively

Ability to work within a community team environment and statewide collaborative network

Current Drivers Licence
